Tonight was the first of a continuing series of guest chef evenings at the Summit. Our old Poleng exec chef/partner, now running the Attic in San Mateo, came by and served a full spread from the old menu to our patrons. Afterwards it went from dinner to nightclub in classic Poleng fashion.
It was a little bittersweet as it was also the 1 year anniversary of the closing of our old establishment.
